The snow is still falling and has been all day…very wet and heavy stuff. So…since I happen to be home, I have been given the assignment to cook dinner. With nasty and cold weather outside, my inclination is to go with hearty, stick to your ribs food – Penne aglio, olio with chicken sausage and broccoli. [...] Another snow day for the kids….the adults still work to do, although today it is office work, given another winter storm. This one looks to be a big one too. For now here is a picture of our back yard I just took a minute ago. I will update pictures later as we get more accumulations. I am stating this because we usually dine out in the city, but once in a while we do frequent a few really good BYOB restaurants near us in Bergen County, NJ. Yes, we are seemingly behind the times at Rad Grapes in adding great Chilean wines to our portfolio, but finding great quality, well made, value priced wines takes lots of searching and tasting.
