Governor Paterson has proposed to change NY State Liquor laws in a relatively drastic fashion, including allowing wine sales in grocery stores, letting current wine shops sell many other items, allowing multiple ownership of retail stores and also extending the credit window for retail customers from 30 to 60 days.
